Ela Green School Organizes An Exciting District Level Chess Competition!

 

Picture a setting where the billions of neurons are short circuited with excitement, where intellect meets strategy and each draw changes the game. People surely had a lot to look forward to.



The venue was filled to a maximum capacity of keen participants and passionate audience, making this event a self sustained success that brought to light some of the brightest young talent. Each match was a spectacle by itself, boasting of strategic standoffs and edge of the seat climactic finishes. Players made use of their raw genius which was the highlight of the event.

A standing ovation to our gold medal winning junior chess players who have put us in a state of pride:

·         Ratan Venkatesh – 3rd Place (Under 17 Category)

·         Jessica Rose – 7th Place (Under 13 Category)

·         Vidhu Vamshini – 17th Place (Under 9 Category)

·         Sushanth - 9th Place (Under 17 category)



All the above players fully represented the amount of effort nd resolve that each of them exercised and were proud of the game they exalted in. These children demonstrated us the potential within them and we are so proud of these children and are waiting to see them achieve even more!
