EYP-1 Learning Celebration at Ela Green School – Nurturing Young Minds through Active Learning With Andrew D’Silva

It shall never be such that there is no pity for the child, – the child who hides so many joys within. Every step taken is an inch closer to gaining that joy, and at the Ela Green school every inch is a reason to rejoice as well. Our just completed EYP-1 learning celebration was a splendid example of how the youngest of our students integrate with their environment, using the best practices of inquiry-based learning into their everyday interaction. Being one of the top IB schools in South India, the Ela Green school also focuses on building creativity, motivation and a sense of exploration in younger children which was apparent throughout the event where the children exhibited their learning to their parents, teachers and friends.

Celebrating Learning Through the IB PYP Framework

We, as an IB PYP school in Vandalur, follow the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme with the focus being on inquiry based approaches to learning coupled with necessary life skills conducive to human growth and development. The EYP-1 learning celebration event was a success and these events should be encouraged to allow students to exhibit and explore more on PYP learning as it allows them to come out of their shells and into the real world showcasing their skills in a torrid environment that embodies expression, creativity and team collaboration

Throughout the festive occasion, students demonstrated varieties of activities they had been undertaking in the classroom which included among other things understanding shapes and even beginning literacy and numeracy activities. The audience included parents and teachers and they were encouraged to actively participate in the event by demonstrating what they have been taught in a more entertaining and practical way. Every activity was designed with the intention of instilling creativity and critical thinking in the students which is purely in line with the IB philosophy.

Interactive Learning at the Best IB School in Tamil Nadu

Ela Green School today revels in being one of the best IB schools in Tamil Nadu and activities such as our EYP-1 Learning Celebration are perfect examples of our commitment to nurturing young learners. Through the provision of useful experiences to the children, the process of learning is made to enjoyable and realistic. Programs were well demonstrated by the students which were a clear indication of their growing confidence, comprehension and even curiosity thus building a strong base for future learning.

Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the event was the participation of parents and guardians which gave them a great opportunity to experience the process of learning. In addition, such involvement does not only celebrate the success of the child but also helps in strengthening the home-school connection which is crucial in providing a conducive environment for learning.

The Sinhala History Barrels retains the Unique Characteristics – The Other Sides

Ela Green School places a strong emphasis on participants who demonstrate outstanding organizational structures in their methodologies and offer separate and clearly defined organizational characteristics as those which increase the number of their sides. Barrels impairing solely the sinuous nature of the surface of the barrels consist of two contrasting parts of longitudinal tapering that at a distance merge into one inseparable natural and vertical axis, which unquestionably provides a unique determining and defining characteristic to the barrels or in this example to the barrels or among others regarding the studies in the natural environment in which they reside.

More fun ahead for Ela Green School’s students

This approach, first and foremost, is necessary for improving qualitative target indicators regarding disability rates or target indicators in relation to those cases suitable for the study of educational sciences. The long history of Amelia Green School speaks highly of the children’s multi-direction and effective interaction with each other, which entirely support the students in improving and achieving greater goal orientations or in essence, the aim of achieving concrete goals within their priorities. Once again, we have great faith in the possibilities of teachers and in achieving specific results in working with each particular child or adult as well.
