Ela Green School Gourmet Fest 2023: A Culinary Adventure

 








On September 22, 2023, Ela Green School in Chennai, India, hosted its annual Gourmet Fest, a culinary extravaganza that showcases the culinary skills of its students and celebrates the diverse cuisines of the world.










This year's festival was themed "A Culinary Adventure," and it featured over 50 food stalls serving up dishes from all corners of the globe. From Indian classics like biryani and tandoori chicken to international favorites like sushi and pizza, there was something for everyone to enjoy.












In addition to the food stalls, the festival also featured a variety of other activities, including live cooking demonstrations, cultural performances, and games. There was also a silent auction and raffle to raise money for charity.




One of the highlights of the festival was the student-led charity projects. Several groups of students used the event to raise awareness and funds for causes they care about. For example, one group sold baked goods to raise money for a local animal shelter, while another group sold handmade jewelry to support a girls' education program.
